Michael Daugherty’s Tales of Hemingway earned three Grammy awards this year, “Best Classical Compendium” “Best Classical Contemporary Composition” and “Best Classical Instrumental Solo.” The album includes several Daugherty works besides Tales Of Hemingway; American Gothic and Once Upon A Castle.
