All orders are shipped from our facilities in New York. For destinations in the U.S., we use UPS Ground service or US Mail. Two-day and next-day service is available for an additional charge, and may not be available in some areas. If you specify a PO Box for your address, we will ship by US Mail.
If you have any special requests regarding shipping of your order, please note it on your order and we will contact you.
TRACKING OF ORDERS
We provide tracking information on orders shipped by UPS. Tracking information is available for some orders sent by mail, and if it there is tracking information, we will provide it to you so you can see the progress of your shipment.
SHIPMENTS TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
For shipments to Canada we use UPS Standard, which can be tracked and insured.
For shipments to other countries, we use International Mail. These shipments cannot be insured or tracked, unless you pay for air shipping, which is typically Express Mail, depending on the region. We make no guarantee on delivery time on any items that we ship to foreign countries. For certain countries, significant delays can occur in customs. Packages shipped by International Mail are not insurable and we do not issue refunds for damaged/lost shipments.
We guarantee everything we sell. Defective items, or items shipped in error will be replaced at no charge. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Exceptions apply to International shipments, as noted above.
If you wish to return or exchange an item (for any reason) please email our Customer Service Department with your order number and request to return an item (be sure to include the reason for the return if emailing). We will issue a RA number and instructions. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. Shipping charges are not refundable, and returned items are shipped at customer expense.
